Week Two EOC

The two experiences that I encountered, good and bad were with the BMW dealership, but they were two different dealerships. My bad experience was the BMW dealership here in Las Vegas. It was the dealership that is off of Sahara. I was on the North side of town at the moment and noticed I was out of washer fluid. Usually I go to the BMW dealership in Henderson because that one is on my side of town, but hey I was only a few miles away from the one off Sahara. Getting washer fluid takes about 5 minutes or less; quick and easy process. So I pull up to BMW, park my car and walk into the “Service Car” part of the BMW dealership. They didn’t seem busy at all. Walked up to the secretary and told her exactly what I needed. She told me to hold on and she would grab one of the guys to help me out. So I sat and waited patiently. After 15 minutes of waiting I decided to go peek through the window where the employs sit and consult with you about issues and things needed done for your car. Only a few of them had costumers, but there were at least 4 that didn’t were not doing anything. So I decided to walk into that room and ask one of the gentlemen politely to help me out. The response I got was “mam’ I’ll be right with you, we are sort of busy right now!” I looked around and there really wasn’t anyone there but only 2 or 3 costumers. So I waited a bit longer, and still no help. I returned to the guy I asked help from, and he just walked away from me. I waited until he returned and I asked him how much longer, he got all frustrated with me and rolled his eyes, and was like “what was it you needed?” I got mad at him because I had at least waited for 45 minutes patiently. I just told him to forget it, and to realize he just lost a costumer. I figured since I was young, and not a pushy mean adult that he could just blow me off, and just not give me great costumer service, and also assumed I would not give a complaint. But sad news for him I did!

As for my good experience, it was at the BMW dealership in Henderson. After I left the Sahara dealership, I went to the one by my place. They had always been good to me since day one. After I told them about my experience at Sahara BMW, they wrote me a letter of apology, even thought it was not their dealerships fault for the bad service I received, and for 6 months they gave be free deals of certain types of service I may needed done for my car. It’s always nice returning to them whenever I have issues with my car because they are always willing to attend to me right away, and help in any way they can.
